1. Acceptance

By downloading or using ParchPDF, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. License

MBD Dev grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use ParchPDF on your personal devices for lawful purposes.

3. Permitted Use

You may use ParchPDF to process PDF files that you own or have the right to process. You must not use the app to:

Process documents you are not authorised to access or modify
Infringe any third-party copyright or intellectual property rights
Violate any applicable law or regulation

4. Premium Features & Subscriptions

Some features require a premium subscription or one-time purchase. Payments are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play. Subscription terms, cancellation, and refund policies are governed by the respective platform's terms.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

ParchPDF is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. MBD Dev does not guarantee that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that all features will produce perfect results for every document.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MBD Dev shall not be liable for any loss of data, documents, or indirect damages arising from use of the app. You are responsible for maintaining backups of your files.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and code in ParchPDF are the property of MBD Dev. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, or redistribute any part of the app.

8. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
