1. Who We Are

ParchPDF is developed and maintained by MBD Dev. For any privacy-related questions, contact us at mbddev2@gmail.com.

2. Data We Do Not Collect

We do not collect, transmit, or store:

• The PDF files or documents you process
• Your name, email address, or any personal identifiers
• Your location
• Your contacts or calendar data

All PDF operations (merge, split, compress, rotate, watermark, OCR, etc.) run entirely on your device.

3. Data We Do Collect

3.1 Advertising (Google AdMob)

ParchPDF displays ads via Google AdMob. AdMob may collect:

• Advertising ID (resettable device identifier)
• Approximate location (country/region level)
• Device information (model, OS version)
• Ad interaction data (impressions, clicks)

This data is used solely to serve relevant ads. You can opt out of personalised ads in your device settings (Settings → Privacy → Ads). See Google's Privacy Policy for details.

3.2 In-App Purchases (RevenueCat)

Premium subscriptions are handled by RevenueCat. RevenueCat may process your purchase history and a pseudonymous user ID to manage entitlements. No payment card data is handled by us or RevenueCat — all payments go through the App Store or Google Play. See RevenueCat's Privacy Policy.

3.3 Crash Reporting (Firebase Crashlytics)

We use Firebase Crashlytics to receive anonymous crash reports. Crashlytics collects stack traces, device model, and OS version when the app crashes. No personally identifiable information is included. See Firebase Privacy Policy.

3.4 Analytics (Firebase Analytics)

We use Firebase Analytics to understand which features are used and how the app performs. This includes anonymous, aggregated events such as which tool was used (e.g. merge, split, compress) and how many pages were processed — never the content of your files. See Firebase Privacy Policy.

3.5 App Updates (Firebase Remote Config)

We use Firebase Remote Config to check whether a newer version of the app is available. Only anonymous app version information is exchanged — no personal data is involved.

4. Permissions

• Storage / Files: Required to read PDF files you select and to save processed files to your device.
• Camera: Required only if you use the document scanner feature. Camera images are processed locally and never uploaded.
• Photos / Media: Required to import images when converting images to PDF.

5. Data Retention

ParchPDF does not operate any server that stores your files or personal data — processed files remain on your device under your full control, and there is nothing on our end to delete.

Our third-party service providers (Google AdMob, Firebase Analytics, Firebase Crashlytics) may retain data such as device identifiers, analytics events, or crash logs on their own servers for a limited period — typically up to 90 days — in accordance with their own data retention policies. 6. Children's Privacy

ParchPDF is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy as the app evolves. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect any changes. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance.
